‘Let Her Run’ is a raucous song with its pounding drums and upbeat horns and is a reworked adaptation from the hauling shanty “Let The Bulgine Run”. ‘I Want To See The Bright Lights Tonight’ is a cover of the Richard & Linda Thompson classic which was itself released on Island in 1974. ‘I’d done half an arrangement anyway, said vocalist Jon Boden, ‘Then we’re sitting in the Island boardroom and there is a reproduction of the Bright Lights single cover on the wall and it just felt like the perfect choice’.

The band have won BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards Best Live Act five times, as well as Best Group twice so their forthcoming UK dates should be one for the diary.
