Minnesota based Chastity Brown enjoyed critical acclaim with her 2013 album ‘Back-Road Highways’. The album was the perfect showcase for her take on a range of musical styles with gospel, country, folk, soul and blues influences moulded to form her unique and captivating sound.

Now as a taster for her forthcoming new album, expected in the spring of 2015, she has released a single ‘Colorado’. Recorded with her band mates in Minneapolis, and produced with her guitarist, Robert Mulrennan. The song perfectly showcases her grasp of a melody and that gritty soulful voice, which works so well whatever the genre.

Chastity Brown is on tour in Europe at the moment and has a spot performing LIVE on the respected 'Later With Jools Holland' BBC TV show to be broadcast on Tuesday 30th September at 10pm UK time. The show should also be available on the BBC iPlayer app.

A Kickstarter campaign for the new album has been launched with a host of exclusive material that includes VIP backstage passes and house concerts.
